  • TANTRIC PAIN PLAY

Body Chemistry in BDSM & Energy Exchange Basics

    (CW: event concept)

Key Message: Fun without drugs takes time, effort, and connection. Our minds and bodies can act as sophisticated “drug dispensers,” creating intense, natural sensations—but we need to learn how to tune and dose them. This process works best when we connect with others in a mindful, intentional way.

Preparation: To help participants get the most out of the evening, we suggest watching a pre-event video that introduces the core concepts. This video will set the tone and prepare participants for the experience ahead.

    Evening Structure:
Consent & Safety Workshop (Opening Session)
    • Duration: 45-50 minutes
    • Location: Tantra Room

This foundational session equips participants with the tools for the night, ensuring they can navigate the evening safely, respectfully, and confidently. At this point, tantra is used as an umbrella term to describe Tantrism, a range of traditions that emphasize esoteric practices and rituals aimed at rapid spiritual awakening. While Tantrism has deep spiritual and cultural roots that originated in Hinduism and Buddhism, its core principles are universal and beneficial for humanity. By integrating this knowledge into modern explorations of intimacy and sensory experiences, we honor its essence and make it accessible to all who seek deeper understanding and connection between their body and mind.

    Core Concepts Covered:
    1. Safe Space Balance Rules: Creating and maintaining a safe, respectful environment.
    2. “Thank You for Your No” Practice: Honoring boundaries and the importance of saying “no” and respecting it.
    3. Connection Points: Exploring eye contact, breath, palms, feet, and the “spine to spine” practice for deeper connection.
    4. Preparing for a Tantric Experience: How to attune your body and mind for heightened sensory experiences.
    5. Why Connecting with Multiple People is Important: Building a balanced energy exchange.
    6. Breath Work & Body Scan Practice: Techniques for deepening awareness.
    7. Managing Overstimulation & Discomfort: Identifying limits and tools for maintaining balance.

    Group Coordination:
Since some attendees may arrive late, those who complete the workshop will wear visible markers and assume the role of guides throughout the night. These guides will help others, answer questions, and ensure the flow of activities. To access areas like the Tantra Room, participants must be instructed by one of these trained guides.

Pain Play Essentials – Workshop & Warm-Up Show
    • Duration: 35-40 minutes
    • Format: Live demonstration with real-time explanations, no music to ensure focus on breath, sounds, and physical responses.

In this session, we’ll explore the art of impact play, specifically focusing on the buttocks area.

    Key Topics:

    1. The Appeal of Pain Play: Why do we enjoy it? How can the body be trained to embrace pain?
    2. Safety & Techniques: Important techniques for effective, enjoyable impact play, and how to ensure both parties feel comfortable and respected.
    3. Aftercare & Physiological Considerations: Managing the aftermath of pain play and ensuring the wellbeing of all participants.

Format: Action will be mixed with explanation, ensuring clarity on both psychological and physical aspects of pain play. Participants can ask questions during the demonstration, making this interactive and informative.

    Nighttime Exploration:

After the workshops, guests are free to explore on their own. Each workshop area will/must have a dedicated guide to help attendees if they need further support or clarification.

    Additional Practices & Topics:
    1. Wax Play 101: Introduction to temperature play using wax, with emphasis on safety and sensory enjoyment.
    2. Countdown Relaxation and Alpha State: Techniques for achieving a deeply relaxed, focused mental state (ideal for mindfulness or meditative practices, even for skeptics of esotericism).
    3. Chakra Awareness and Sound Meditation: Exploring energy centers through sound.

  • pillow talk with antiShanti

I met Shanti through the kitkatclub’s dungeon master, Ari, and on the first evening, she taught me how to make a handle for a human.

Questions for Shanti I gathered from my Instagram audience and one of the popular ones was – how do the scars from body suspensions look like? Here is the answer from Shanti’s back.

The Pillow talks idea was one of the most ambitious this year, I thought I’d make them once a month. Haha. The next one should be with Ari Denaro, btw. let’s see. Below you can see the key topics with time stamps, and links to videos that I used from Shanti’s Vimeo account.

This conversation was recorded in two 20 min pieces in my study in Berlin with 10 minutes break, my idea was to make it fast and real. It’s definitely real, I didn’t cut off much material. The “fast” part obviously leaves room for improvement.

From my pimping side, I’d like to inform you about options to use my service to book a workshop, session, or a show with Shanti in Berlin or Prague, if you need a partner or want to be tied up you can also leave your contact here, or simply write your request to booking@sicut-dico.com. If you are too shy for all that, at least follow her on Insta.

  • First wax play workshop with Let´Z Fetish Academy at KitkatClub

Fascinating. I’m in love with the range of possible play scenarios. How is it that I never cared for candles before?

  • Let´Z Fetish Academy at KitkatClub / Princess and whips workshop – photos and videos

Another workshop with whips. With every workshop, I was gaining confidence. Tools are just tools and nothing more without the knowledge and experience on using them. Ari was a good teacher. Funny and demanding at the same time. I could smell his experience.

Princesses do actually exist btw. I found one obviously. She was brave and pretty that night, but it didn’t help her to escape the punishment.
