Production time is up to 14 days for regular orders and up to 40 days for custom orders.

Every candle is unique and produced in my kitchen while streaming live. If you wish to see your order being produced make sure to mention this in the order notes section to get notified in advance.

Overview

All candles are body-safe and tested on my own skin. However, I’m asking you to be considerate of personal allergies and check the ingredients of the specific candles before usage.

For now, I offer 5 different melting temperatures: extra hot (60+), hot (58+), mild (55-58), cool (52-55), and cold (48-52). The exact drop temperatures depend on the candle diameter, mixture, the number of wicks, and the distance from the skin.

Packaging note

I pack the candles with otherwise useless book pages and reused packaging because I don’t believe in producing more garbage just for a feel-good effect.

Delivery options

For now, I offer shipping around Europe and pick-up options in Berlin and Prague. For outside EU inquiries, custom pick-up or delivery arrangements are possible upon request (extra charges may apply).

Refund and return

A full refund may be provided if I can’t fulfill or deliver your order.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
